Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

Welcome to Nuvo Sites. By using this site you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept them short and honest — if anything is unclear, just ask us.

Your account and your username

You need an account to make a card. Keep your password to yourself and give us an email address you can receive mail at. The username you pick becomes your card’s address. It can’t be changed, and once claimed it is never given to anyone else — not even after the account is deleted — so a printed QR code can never point at a stranger’s card.

What you put on your card

Your card is public: anyone with the link or the QR code can see it. Only add names, photos, logos and links you have the right to share, and keep them accurate. You stay the owner of what you upload; you let us store it and show it on your card so the service works.

We may take down a card that impersonates someone, breaks the law, or points people to something harmful, and we may close the account behind it.

Payment, renewal and refunds

Plans: Annual (One Card) ($199.00 a year), Team ($99.99 a year), Design Fee ($395.00 once).

Yearly plans renew automatically each year until you cancel in the billing portal (Settings → Plan). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your card stays live to the end of the term you have paid for.

We don’t refund a partial term, unless the law requires us to.

Design Fee is a one-time charge and is not refundable once the design is delivered.

Prices may change. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a renewal at a new price.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from your settings at any time. Your cards go with it and their links stop working; your username stays reserved, as described above.

Our content

The words, designs and other content of this site (not the cards our customers make) belong to Nuvo Sites. Please don’t copy, resell, or reuse them without our permission. You’re welcome to share links to our pages.

Using the site fairly

Please use the site and its forms in good faith — don’t submit spam, abusive messages, or attempt to disrupt the site. We may decline or remove messages that are abusive or automated.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is,” to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent the law allows, Nuvo Sites isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you’re okay with the current version.
